PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By accessing this Site (including OccupatioNexus and PrecisioNexus), joining our collective, or purchasing our programs, you signify your consent to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. THE STANDARD: HEALTH AND SAFETY

Precision training requires moving within your current physiological limits.

  • Consult a Professional: Our content provides technical blueprints and movement standards; it is not medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new physical training program.

  • Assumption of Risk: You are responsible for your own safety. If a movement feels unsafe or causes pain, stop immediately. OccupatioNexus, PrecisioNexus, and its collaborators are not liable for injuries resulting from the use of our digital content or participation in our community.

2. INTELLECTUAL ASSETS & LIMITED LICENSE

All content, videos, training materials, "Movement Blueprints," and "Specs" (collectively referred to as the “Content”) are the proprietary property of OccupatioNexus.

  • Personal Use Only: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal purposes.

  • Prohibited Acts: No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, shared, or resold. Modification of the Content for commercial purposes is a violation of copyright and may be subject to monetary damages.

  • The "Nexus" Brand: All trade names, trademarks, and logos (including the PrecisioNexus "Standard" branding) are the property of the Company.

3. MEMBERSHIP, BILLING & RENEWALS

PrecisioNexus is an elite performance collective intended for adults. By joining, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

We provide access to our collective intelligence through structured subscription tiers:

  • The Monthly Plan: Billed every 30 days. This is a flexible, month-to-month arrangement.

  • The Annual Plan: Billed once per year at a discounted rate for those committed to long-term performance.

  • Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted access to the Movement Library and Spec Feed, memberships renew automatically. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • Cancellations: You may cancel at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

  • Digital Nature: Because our "Movement Blueprints" and community resources are delivered instantly upon joining, we generally do not offer refunds for periods already paid.

  • Exceptional Circumstances: In the event of a verified technical error, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a pro-rata refund if notified within thirty (30) days of the transaction.

5. COMMUNITY STANDARDS

The "Better Together" section of our site is a professional standard, not a slogan.

  • Zero Tolerance: We have zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, or disrespectful behavior.

  • Enforcement: The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts that disrupt the supportive environment of the Collective without a refund.

6. USER SUBMISSIONS

If you send comments, suggestions, or "Technical Wins" to the Company, these submissions become the sole property of the Company. We shall be entitled to unrestricted use and dissemination of these submissions for any purpose (commercial or otherwise) without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

  • "As Is" Basis: All content is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. The Company does not warrant that the use of materials will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • Earning & Performance Potential: We make no guarantees regarding your physical results or, in the case of OccupatioNexus, your income level. Your success depends entirely on your execution, devotion, and individual background.

  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

We handle your personal information in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). By using the Site, you signify your acceptance of our Privacy Policy. We use commercially reasonable efforts to restrict unauthorized access to our data, but you acknowledge that use of the Site is at your own risk.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its agents harmless from any liabilities, claims, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your conduct in connection with the Site.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Gauteng.
